If the other person is so passionate about it that they may not be able to discuss the divorce, the material can be submitted only to the court and secretly submitted to the other person.

In divorce mediation, in addition to seeking a divorce agreement, it is common to establish various matters related to divorce (designation of parental authority of the child, division of property, compensation, visitation exchange of the child). These things cannot be decided after divorce (designation of the parental authority of the child), and it becomes quite difficult to decide (such as division of property).
